Due to increased security measures, macOS Catalina and newer will require you to allow After Effects to record your screen.

Enable Screen Recording

1. Open up System Preferences by clicking Apple > System Preference in the menu bar.
2. Click Security & Privacy icon.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Scroll down to Screen Recording
5. Make sure that Adobe After Effects is checked.
6. Restart your computer and try Cyclops again.
