If you are unable to find a solution using the help documentation I may ask you to enable logging, try a render, and send me the files in the log folder.

These files contain information about the attempted render to help me diagnose and fix the problem.

Enable Log Files

1. In the Cyclops panel click SETTINGS to open the SETTINGS dropdown.
2. Check the Enable logging checkbox.

Reveal Log Files

1. In the Cyclops panel click INFORMATION to open the INFORMATION dropdown.
2. Click the Reveal Logging File button to open the folder.

Sending Log Files

When sending files please send the both the JSON file and the PNG file. The file names will be matching and will look like 13 random numbers: 1689114903103.json
