Technically the words display, monitor, and screen mean different things but you can consider them interchangeable when using Cyclops. Cyclops interacts with your displays more frequently and more significantly that other After Effects tools.
As of version 2.6.7 Cyclops supports multiple displays. This means both the Cyclops panel and the Composition Panel can be on any display.
You can tell Cyclops which display the Composition Panel is on by using the Active Display
setting.
